Payment Policy

Payment for the patient responsibility amount listed on the treatment plan is due no later than the day services are provided. Accepted payment methods include cash, personal checks, major credit cards, assigned insurance benefits and select third-party financing options. All out-of-pocket costs are due at the time of service.

Refund Policy

Patients may stop treatment and request a refund for any amount paid toward care that has not been received or completed by a dental lab or in-house dental production. Crown and bridge patients are responsible for the full cost of treatment once tooth preparation has begun. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, except cash payments, which are refunded by check. Financing refunds are processed within five business days after the request.
