Sweet Spot Smiles gladly works with our patients to help them understand their financial options. We will take the time to discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.
Our practice accepts most insurance plans, and we are always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We will work with your insurance provider to make sure that your coverage meets your needs and your budget.
We are thrilled to offer our own Dental Savings Plan a plan that we developed to provide patients with an alternative choice to ineffective insurance plans.
We also accept the following forms of payment:
Payment in full of the patient financial responsibility amount, as specified on the treatment plan from Sweet Spot Smiles is due no later than when services are rendered. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, assigned insurance benefits and select third-party financing programs. All patient out of pocket payments are due at the time that services are provided. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the following Refund Policy.
You may discontinue treatment and request a refund at any time for any amount that you paid for treatment that you did not receive and was not completed by labs or in-house dental productions. However, crown and bridge patients are responsible for the full cost of their treatment plan once preparation of your teeth has started. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, except cash payments. Cash payments will be refunded by check. Credit Card/ Third Party
Refunds will be issued to the form of payment within (5) business days after your refund request.
